Battle Royale - bloody hell! I quite like violent movies, and that is *by far* the most violent film I have ever seen. Not the goriest, not the one with the most deaths, but the one that leaves you with the most lasting images of the most heartstopping violence.
Highly recommended if you like really, really, really violent movies.
Am now at home with grumbly stomach. That's OK, though, I can do some tidying around the house.

Date: 2006-02-07 03:40 pm (UTC)The book is far more involved in terms of characters, which makes it a nice read. The violence isn't so different, but I liked hearing more about Mitsuko and ... the transfer student whos name I cannot remember .. especially.
