Rome

Rome was great last night, as always. How come it's not the talk of LJ? We have all three episodes so far recorded in case anyone wants to catch up.

I don't know my Roman history very well, and so I don't know what happens - is it perverse of me to want to keep it that way for the duration of the series?

Dunnno where the content in that went, apparently next year we get a new film, Asterix and the Vikings, which I don't remember being one of the books but I stopped reading after Magic Carpet.

It's, fortunately, animated, not live action like the rather dire last one. The film of Asterix in Briton wasn't too bad..
