Spam, or not?

I just got mail that starts "Channel 4 is calling for creative geniuses", sent to the address I advertise on my website. Now, either they've read my web site and think I'm wonderful, or they've crawled large sections of the web and mailed every address they found. So what I want to know is, did everyone else get a similar such mail?

You now know as much as me. More, if your browser supports the content at the other end of that URL which mine doesn't.

It's all stuff about where to send it, not to include copyrighted music, formats and so on.

It doesn't mention dates.
