Only just watched this, catching up in time for tonight.

Wow. Heir to the throne of the kingdom of suckfulness. It took an effort of will to sit through it. If todays is as bad, I guess I'll have to relegate Buffy to the same status as Angel: ie I'll catch it when it's on, but not worry about missing it, or spoilers or anything.

It's a real shame... but you expect these things to go off after a while. I start each season wondering if it's the one that's going to suck.

Didn't think it was that bad, although the drugs metaphor was pretty clunky. I'm hard pressed to find reasons to defend it though, so I think I was probably just feeling charitable when I watched it.

"There are better ways of using candles in foreplay" - I could tell it was a Marti Noxon episode from that line... ;-)
