Noticed the absence of noise. Checked - the guy's gone. Spoke to Jon - they're waiting for a plumber. *maybe* tomorrow. *sigh*.

I must now do some work.

If it's some comfort to you, our shower has been broken since Tuesday. Meaning... <sniff, sniff>, I'll need a bath again tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that - I guess you're buggered then! How about getting totally nekkid with soap, flannel and a sink (and maybe someone to help)? ;-)

I noticed that the handle of the bit that you pull up to change from shower to bath and back again had come off. Didn't realise this had made the shower itself unuseable, though.

No, I've never known that to work. It certainly hasn't been fixed on as long as I can remember - I just lift the metal bit underneath instead.

The problem is the water pressure has deteriorated increasingly in the past 2 months, now there's nothing coming out of the top but a dribble. However, G has promised to fix everything at the weekend. :-)

I'll take a photo, and track down my swimming stuff. Where's yours BTW?

Digital cameras aren't the answer to everything, you know - just a rough idea would be fine!

My swimming stuff's on my bed.

"I must now do some work"

That sounds very familiar. I think the most exciting things i've done at work today was tidy out my desk, update a report and read today's userfriendly strip. I should be writing test cases for software I've not seen yet. Displacement activity-tastic...

And only 30 minutes until I get to go to the pub. Yay!
