Made the move to DreamWidth

I have imported my old LiveJournal entries and enabled cross-posting, so hello from Dreamwidth! It'll do until something better comes along. Rather sad to see that the imported entries don't include links to the originals, but I guess it'll matter less when it finishes importing comments.

I haven't checked what actually happened, but the process as described was this:

- It added all my LJ friends to my DW "access" list. DW supports adding non-DW users to your access list with OpenID.

- It imported all my friends groups, setting them up so that they contain only the LJ users they did on LW.

- It then filtered the posts on DW in the same way that they were filtered on LJ.

I haven't checked if this is what it really did, but I imagine I would have heard the outrage if it had done something less privacy-respecting!
