I have used cunt in a scrabulous game. Which is why Scrabulous scrabble is better than the appalling Yahoo! Literati which didn't allow swear words or even interesting words :)

ditto and a few other rude words,in fact in one game me and my playign partner did seem to be tryign for the complete set..but sadly the letters were against us!

It's remarkably hard to play "rude words only" scrabble. Also acronym scrabble even with Google to find viable acronyms.

knowing him, he probably did frequency analysis and then built some flashy 2D/3D diagram to illustrate which are the most useful words weighted by some scale of preference of use...

And there was I thinking that knowing "lezzies" was allowed wasnt much use because it had two letter 'z's in it, meaning you had to use a blank as one of them.

Ah, on both the simple static model and the complex dynamic one I had on my mind (which, given the number of crazy geeks here, I deliberately didn't go into) I had forgotten the wildcards (blank tiles) and was considering a simple probability function distribution. mmmms, that does complicate things slightly...

good thing I won't be spending more brain power there then.

I've used a few of the rude ones, but I've never been able to bring myself to use a few of the more racist ones during Scrabulous, especially as I often play people I don't know.

I also apologised to a random for playing 'cunt'. Sad, eh?
