If the Pentagon are going to pander to stereo types surely a Bi-Bomb would be much more effective? The targeted soldiers would find themselves rendered unable to fight as they'd be struck by the realisation that both sides in the conflict actually had valid viewpoints. They'd be unable to resist the urge to run up and hug members of the opposing force, whilst offering to discuss the issues in an open and friendly way. It would render modern warfare obsolete. Now thats Weapons Tech we could do with :-D
