Hooray, indeed. If only Metro's other "cartoonist" (I use those inverted commas with total malice aforethought" were one tenth as talented, or as funny.

The unfunniness of the Metro's "This Life" is hard to really take in. As I've said before, they're like cargo cult jokes. The form of a joke is there, but the actual joke is missing; laugh planes aren't landing and the cartoonist doesn't understand why.

Still, that's better than the very ordinary unfunniness of "The Kids of Today" in the London Lite, which is just "let's parade Daily Mail stereotypes of today's yoof!"
