Phone really lost
Jan. 23rd, 2007 11:23 amFuck, my phone isn't in the club's lost property.
Whoever had it called Jess at 5am. They didn't answer when I called back. Then it got blocked. What is going on?

Date: 2007-01-23 11:40 am (UTC)Someone has it who doesn't know you but is trying to be helpful. They saw that Jess was the most recent called person and guessed that's someone you know well. They didn't answer when you rang back as they're not carrying it round with them.
Any way you can get the block taken off?
This is a random guess, and may be heavily coloured by my faith in humanity.

Date: 2007-01-23 01:18 pm (UTC)I couldn't get my phone blocked (it wasn't in my name and was PAYG with about £10 credit on it), but they'd block it if I paid £10 to get a replacement SIM first... Oh, and T-Mobile's hold music is horrid.
Sorry, but.......

Date: 2007-01-23 08:16 pm (UTC)On one occasion when I had a phone stolen, the thieves decided that making sleazy and explicit phone calls in the middle of the night to recently-called female names was a good idea.
