Polyday: total success!

Polyday was a storming, storming success, in every way that such a thing could be a success pretty much. I was ecstatic for about a week afterwards. There will be another!

The flat is weirdly clean, because we had a cleaner around yesterday; it had all got too much. Today the people with the carpet cleaners arrive. I'm enjoying the transformation.

I'm not going to Whitby, incidentally, though ergotia and lilithmagna are. I need a Whitby off. I wondered if I'd regret not going when you all started to post about it, but not so far.

I couldn't resist this simple, elegant meme. It's rather informative I think!

The snag is - it can obviously only do one's public entries, so I suspect the results are somewhat skewed for people who (like me) make very few public posts.

Wierd - I get 'fans' and 'orient' at 9 each, above 'london', 'phone' and 'annoying' at 7 each.
'Got' is next to 'off' at 20 each - I wonder if there's a connection? :)

Oh - my one post about seeing Leyton Orient play and fans' behavior has skewed it hugely (see above comment). Forgot that post was public. I'd be interested in a version that could look at my whole journal.
