How long do I have to sit up straight rather than slouching at my desk before it stops being horribly painful and uncomfortable? ruis? Anyone?

"sitting up straight" doesn't necessarily mean the same thing as "good posture".

Estella, my AT teacher, has to work hard on me to get me to NOT "sit up straight".

Trying to make a naturally curved structure, like a spine, straighten out isn't actually very good for it.
