This week, I have mostly been obsessively tweaking my accounts program, so it displays "(£4,024.11)" instead of "-4024.11". If the number of pence is fractional, it rounds it to the nearest pence and writes "~£4,024.11". If it's zero, it displays "£0" rather than "£0.00" to highlight the fact.

Some of these changes were necessary to get the BiCon accounts online. Others were just because I kept seeing ways it could be made slightly nicer. I think it is now slightly nicer, but it's time to stop.

In other news, Bernstein's variant of the Rabin-Williams signature scheme is incredibly neat and the clear best choice if you need fast signature verification. I understand Rabin - if only I could figure out Rabin-Williams...
