Posted another version of the accounts

I've posted another version of the BiCon accounts. These should be clearer and more readable, and do away with all that Excel nastiness.

I think this is the version I'm happy to announce to bicon2002. Once we've got a few words up there by way of a report, I'll make a final post to the bicon-announce mailing list (plugging BiCon 2003 heavily of course) and that'll be almost the last of my BiCon 2002 duties over.

I've also moved the old index page to one side and put a new one in its place.
