Thu 2003-07-24: Return to London on 10:30 train. Dinner with spikeylady, ergotia, daiisycake, and yerbury. Looking forward to meeting you! Then back to ergotia and lilithmagna's place in St Reatham.
Fri 2003-07-25: Pub! Probably then going to St Reatham with spikeylady, ergotia, lilithmagna.
Sat 2003-07-26: Barbecue for residents of this block of flats. Apologise to anyone who's been woken by screams. Having fun that evening.
Sun 2003-07-27: Meeting Jenny G and Tori in the Dev. Night off.
Mon 2003-07-28: Shopping during day. Possible spikeylady date, involving watching Quills

Rope is medium costly. The soft rope I normally use is about 89p a metre; since you usually want 4 4-metre lengths, that'll set you back £14.24. To make sure it doesn't unravel, dip the ends in a candle flame (taking care to avoid getting drips of burning nylon onto yourself), then wrap the ends in electrical insulation tape. Also use the tape to mark the midpoint of the rope; this can save a lot of time!
