So, I said I'd spend roughly alternate fortnights in London and Edinburgh, but I haven't thought about the details at all. I can see reasons to be in each city on most weekends, but I'm sure I haven't got them all.

So if you would all be so very kind as to help me out, please tell me what events are reasons to be in either city, and I'll update this table.

Updated with some comments already - thanks! Note that the dates represent the entire weekend, and that for example "Lisa seeing Jackie" is in the Edinburgh column because it goes on the Edinburgh side of the scales...

Edinburgh Date London
1 March Y
8 March Y
Gigantor, Finsternis Y 15 March Club L'Amour, B-Movie
Lisa seeing Jackie, Vain 22 March Y Jess
Lisa seeing Jackie Y 29 March Calling, Lisa's hospital appointment

Y 9 August
16 August Y
23 August Y BiCon

[1] This is on the London side of the scales even though I'm a big fan of David and Laura, it actually makes more sense for me to be in London this weekend, it means easy crash space in Edinburgh and I can see D&L in London...

*recovers from shock of seeing all the weekends up to dissertation deadline* Fuuuuck. Not long enough :0 Anyway, my thoughts:

-April 19th is L'amour = London

-Since we won't be playing this weekend, seeing you next time I'm down would be nice, which would be March 22nd

-Yay! Can't wait to visit you in May. But ARRGH!! Have to have handed dis in by then *goes to rock in a corner*

I don't know how many people will be at April's L'Amour, since that's Easter weekend - Simon and I will be in Cornwall definitely.

April 26th is our Easter party - God is from Mars, You are a Pirate, at my flat.

Play party on 17th of May? Looks like that might be a good weekend for it.

Gigantor?!

Yes I'm sure in YOUR world that it's some kind of naughty dirty sticky GOTH FEST but in my world all I'm seeing is a huge giant robotic dinosaur club.

Is that what it is? I am curious now.

We're still on the lookout for a location and indeed NEW THEME for Club Trigger...

(I take it that Gigantor isn't a dinosaurs vs robot theme night then?)

if you can fit any weekends in Cambridge into that schedule, I'd love to see you.
Looks like you have the weekends around my birthday covered already, so I'm not sure when would be good.

I forgot to mention that the weekend of Covenant is also our anniversary, so you should definitely be in Edinburgh and buy me roses. Only possibly without the roses...

Four more dates when being in Edinburgh might be preferable:
March 14th, April 25th, May 23rd and June 20th.

April 5th is also my birthday party in London. I really must send out an email about this as LJ posts on thier own do not cut it.

April 5th is Covenant, but April 4th is B-Movie. You need the B-Movie Experience.

The B-Movie website only seems to list one future B-Movie, and it doesn't seem to be on netgoth at all, how do I find out about future dates?

The late licence at Water Rats is still problematic regarding Camden Council, I think, so knowing more than a month ahead is more than even the organisers can manage. [livejournal.com profile] sexbat's journal says the April one is the Friday before Whitby.
