Whitby do's and dont's

In two days time, I shall be partying at Creamy in the Metropole, as the first part of the great festival that is Whitby. Yay! And this is purplerabbits's first WGW, so this year is the first time that all my partners will be there (counting also ergotia, lilithmagna, and sweetie kboyd). Double yay!

I should therefore make it absolutely clear that I will nevertheless be on the pull like the little slut I always am :-) By putting the answers to some form of the FLEM! checklist in my journal, I feel like I'm doing a public service...

Anyway, the "do's and don'ts" questionnaire that was circulating:

Do:

• Buy much booze for parties
• Eat the occasional vegetable if at all possible
• Venture into the actual hall in the Spa at least once on each evening
• Make better eye contact
• Take lots of photos
• Introduce purplerabbits to lots of folk
• Find out in advance what people are doing during the day
• Talk to as many LJers as possible (I want to meet you! Come up and tell me who you are!)
• Talk to non-LJers
• Dance
• Drink
• Screw

Don't:

• Fret too hard about clothes
• Try to organise a play party
• Let this happen to me
• Lose anything
• Drink too little

(Pedantic update: "do's and don'ts" is correct - it's OK to put an apostrophe before a pluralising s iff it disambiguates. You can't really write "dos" any more than you can write "bis", so it's "do's" and "bi's". And indeed several bi's are on my "do's" list.)

You know, going without a vegetable for a week is unkikely to cause anything to drop off or anything......although you are quite right to resolve not to do so of course....still at the unbelievably bloody office, although the end is in sight :)
