The Pub

Tonight I shall go to the pub. See you there? gothtart's birthday yesterday IIRC, and Finn's birthday today, both call for celebration.

Now that I've been cited by Rivest, I may of course have to charge a fee for people to touch me. (Just noticed that David Wagner is a co-author on that paper too. Double cool!)

I wonder what pub will be The Pub once the Holyrood Tavern closes?

I thought it was generally common knowledge that Mark Wood (known to various people I know) has bought the Holyrood and as a result I imagine it'll continue on as normal. Last thing I heard Liz from behind the bar will be managing it from September.

Of course this may be something that shouldn't be made public and i've just blabbed on a live forum... Still, last time I was in the pub many people were talking about it so i'm assuming it's not a huge secret.

The Tav isn't closing, it's changing owner. The new owner claims to want to keep it the same, and apparently wants little to do with the running of the place. However, only time will tell; the guy who bought the Cauldron wanted to "keep it the same" too...

Hmmm... but can we afford it? Great pics by the way. Is it bad netiquette to post you some choice ones before you sort them? I shall not betray my ignorance by asking where the risque pics are stored.
