Re the comments on the original post: it's all very well being smug and describing the woman as 'the last of her species', but she's not is she? I'm sure there are vast numbers of people in America who hold similar views. I can't remember the percentage of USians who believe in alien abductions, and they did vote Bush in as president (not a majority of them, admittedly...). And yes, there are also people in other countries who are the same as that, before someone accuses me of just being anti-American!
