"ah, here's another visitor brought in from the Bi Manchester diary... hmm, they're going for the news page, will they read the archives?... no, they're going for the "about" page ... now click on the "book" page, go on!... no, they've gone for "venue" ... ok, now you know how lovely the venue is, click on "book", download a booking form!

oh well, they seem to have gone away. Here comes another one in from bicon.bi.org... they've gone straight for "book.html", and now "forms.html", will they download a booking form?

YESSS! direct hit on the PDF booking form, hurrah!"

Do something more useful - write some code that plays a sound whenever anyone downloads the form! And change the 404 page to a big sign that says BOOK NOW!
