Fwiw, their US site is little better. Must be a global thing - maybe they're trying to do it in-house, instead of being sensible and shopping it out to a firm who know what they are doing. I'm annoyed, as I could really have done with buying some stuff for my new place yesterday, and getting it delivered over the w/e when I move in. [sigh]
