I can't possibly imagine that you can have forgotten anything. That's possibly the most comprehensive holiday list I've ever seen.

We have a first aid travel kit, by the way. Which is just as well, as the post office didn't have any E111 forms...

I have a big list of everything I've ever put on a travel packing list, and now when I travel I consult it when composing my new travel list, so it's easy to put *everything* on...

And if you have your NI number on you, you can fill in an E111 and get it stamped in about five minutes at any Post Office, so you may still have time to do it...
