I had been vaguely under the impression that I was flying to Rome on Saturday. I just checked, and my flight leaves London Stanstead on Friday at 1530.

Time to mail my work and say "oops, I need Friday off too, sorry about the mistake!"

that's OK. I just checked too, since I'd been under the impression the flight was at eek o'clock Friday morning, when in fact it's at a sensible time!

Who else is on this flight, then?

I've just sent round a group e-mail to the Ariete list reminding everyone about the 'who's travelling when' page on the web site, which has this information on it. Everyone, as far as I know, is flying out on Friday.

That's happened to me as well - when flying back from Cincinnati I only realised while I was out there that my flight back was on the Monday and not on the Sunday, and so I had to send a very apologetic e mail to my boss from the States.
