Why I'm wonderful

As requested by [livejournal.com profile] trishpiglet here.

Hmm. I'm not feeling very wonderful ATM, though I just received some email from a stranger praising my looks, that perked me up by a factor of 10. But I usually have the biggest ego on the planet so I should be able to do this.

  1. I'm very clever
  2. I can apply this cleverness not only to computing, mathematics and cryptography, but also to relationships and sex
  3. I argue clearly and with a certain amount of intellectual rigour
  4. I take the conclusions of arguments seriously
  5. I'm serious about ethical issues
  6. I'm often generous and sometimes good at being thoughtful
  7. Lots of the world's best people think well of me
  8. I'm drop-dead gorgeous
  9. I'm good in bed
  10. I'm incredibly good at giving head.

You're a good person to go on holiday with, too.

Just thought I'd drop in, wholeheartedly agree with those statements that I know to be true, envy those who can attest to the others, and identify myself as the stranger who sent you the e-mail. ~s~ Glad it raised a smile, or something.

Not a great deal less frightened, but there you go.

Are those in any particular order? I mean, does being clever and all that make you more fab than giving great head?

Looking forward to giving you more practise.

Looking back at this in more detail today, I realise that one of these sticks out: number 4. It probably says a lot about you and your priorities that this was the 4th thing you thought of putting down, when it would barely make anyone else's list of things they like about themselves (even when it's true).

Hmmm. Interesting.
