Looks like *all* of UK2Net's colo customers are getting zero service at the moment. I can't receive email and my Web pages are down. Arse.

Nuala, who gets tired of people asking to speak to someone technical *every* time she answers the phone. To be fair, after a year they started asking for someone 'more technical'. So much more polite.

Can't get my server restarted
I have a server with UK2. After I updated some software, it failed to restart Friday night.
I paid extra for email support. I've sent dozens of emails since Friday, and used the online support forms, but I have yet to receive one reply from a human. They claim to have 365 x 7 x 24 service, yet 3 days have gone past and they haven't answered me.
I just want my server running again - I need it for my business. Have you any idea how can I get through to them?
