I've got eight new batteries, so I've organised them into two sets of four, and I don't want to mix them up - mixing charged and uncharged batteries is bad for them and for the camera.

That's brilliant... I'm always getting AA batteries muddled up and finding various devices don't work as a result.

Now, where can I find lots of contrastingly coloured nail varnishes, I wonder?

I'm shocked and horrified at your stereotyping!
I have two shades of interesting purple, dragon's blood red that I only bought for the name and S+M (ditto) which is white with iridescent sparkles.
