off to have my head examined

Update: That was uneventful as you would expect. I don't get the data 'till my next outpatient appointment though.

I hope whatever it shows is most fixable and 'best as possible'.

Barring House-level surprises, the worst I can learn is that operating won't be such a good idea and I should put up with sniffling.

Though having watched as much House as I have, I was mildly surprised not to have a seizure while in the scanner or start bleeding from any orifices. Obviously you have to have an MRI before that happens :-)

*cackle*

Worst I ever got from a CT scan was numb hands from lying on my front with my hands under my keychain. I then promptly fell over upon escaping the scanner cos my vestibular system didn't like standing up ;)

MRIs are much the same, but apparently louder, although I can't tell, can't hear either of them. I always have great fun explaining to them that there's no point in giving me "music of choice" cos I won't hear it.

oh, chronic sinusitis and such? I"ve been trying to avoid surgery, with saline rinse and sinus steroidy stuff.

Good luck with whatever you'd prefer.
