Got my brain charger...

... and listened to the first two CDs of my German course. (I went for the Michael Thomas in the end).

Yay! With a charger, I can now be organised!

So what I need now is another excuse not to look at my scary ToDo list...

Well, mere posession of a working PDA does not guarantee organisation. YMMV.

I was speaking with [livejournal.com profile] trishpiglet and our consensus is that people can be organised at home or work but not both (she's organised at work, I am at home). Do we know any exceptions? (and no, being disorganised at both doesn't count!)

Oh, guess. Who's the most ludicrously organised person we know. Clue: she arrived in London yesterday.

But, thanks, that's the excuse I needed. Just because I've got a PDA, doesn't mean I have to be organised.

Aw, shucks!

Not sure whether to blush prettily or just look smug here. I *think* I am organised at both home and work, but the trick (for me) is to remember that you have to use a different technique for each (and another technique for BiCon or any other similarly organised things I'm doing). You need to be chill about different things, for instance, and if you're going to have days when you just let things slide - which are essential if you really want to be organised - they need to be at different times.

That was just another bit of gratuitous advice from the Purple Rabbits: lifestyle consultants and general busybody...
