I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here!

This made me laugh quite hard for some time
Have I mentioned my idea for a new version of Celebrity Big Brother? It's sort of a cross with Prisoner Cell Block H. We'd have Archer, Hoogstraten, Mark Morrison (assuming he can't stay out of trouble, which seems likely), perhaps a few others if anyone suitable's available, and a suitable non-showbiz person to offset them. I was thinking perhaps Harold Shipman, or maybe Dennis Nilsen. There shouldn't be any need for a voting mechanism.

Why do they all sound like brand names? Archers, Hoogstraten is enough like Hooegarden to me, Shipman, Nilsen is enough like Neilsens to me...

Well, at least they'd get sponsorship.

Maybe Dennis Norden.

Did you ever see that (PHP?) script that asked for a bunch of names, a kitchen implement, an animal or two and a famous building and then went on to generate a "Big Brother" news report?

There we go again...

The main issue I have with Paul's fascination with criminal celebrities is that there are probably many more upper-class criminals who are not celebrities. It's good to see some upper-class individuals who have been criminal in a very direct, personal way get caught, but I'd laugh when I see a string of CEOs get jailed for the violence perpetrated through their business activities.
