Things that aren't fun

Squirting brine up your nose isn't fun.

(EDIT - actually I have very little to complain about, I'm just not letting that stop me :-)

unless you are a whale, mmmmmmm Krill. All Autosnoterotic asphyxiation jokes aside, does breathing feel any better/different?

OHMYGOD YES. It's incredible. My right nostril, which used to be the better one, is still slightly blocked (apparently it can take a fortnight to settle down). But my left, which used to be almost 100% blocked almost 100% of the time, is like some sort of gigantic air thoroughfare. Sleeping in particular is so much easier.

gigantic air thoroughfare

I am imagining some sort of Metropolis thing with streamlined deco biplanes flying around inside your nose.

Just so you know.

I remember when they finally fixed my nose for the first time. I'd never breathed through my nose before! It's such a drastic and noticeable thing.

Glad to see you recovering so well.

That's really good news!
