Marcus's comments on fighting back against terrorism

Most of you probably already read

adjectivemarcus's journal, but for those who don't, I urge you to read his comments on the US response to the attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon.

So, the Pentagon says "We will fight back and we will win" according to the paper.
What? How? This isn't a boxer getting a big punch in the mouth but he'll reel back and then floor the opponent.
